Refund Policy

IClean.pk (“we”, “our”, “us”) is the operator of (https://detailingdaddy.pk) (“Website”). By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure both parties are protected and aligned on expectations regarding our services.


1. General

All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to keep our website stock levels accurate, there may occasionally be discrepancies. In such cases, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to confirm whether you would like to wait for the restock of the remaining items or receive a refund for the unavailable products.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on weight, size, and delivery destination. The shipping fee will be collected with the order payment and will be the final amount charged for delivery.


3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

IClean.pk accepts returns due to a change of mind if the request is made within 4 days of receiving the item. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Customers must arrange their own shipping.

  • Once we receive and approve the return, refunds will be issued as store credit.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns

We honor valid warranty claims made within 90 days of receiving the product. Customers are required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse these costs once the warranty claim is approved.

After the return is received and verified, IClean.pk will process your warranty request within 7 business days. Approved claims allow for one of the following options:

(a) Refund to the original payment method
(b) Refund as store credit
(c) Replacement of the item (if stock is available)


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic orders are generally delivered within 2 – 7 business days.

4.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). In case of holidays, we aim to minimize any shipping delays.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address

Requests to update delivery addresses can be made before the order is dispatched.

4.4 P.O. Box Shipping

We can deliver to P.O. Box addresses via postal services only. Courier services are not available for P.O. Box shipments.

4.5 Military Address Shipping

We support deliveries to military addresses via postal services. Courier services are not available for these locations.

4.6 Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will hold the order until it becomes available. Other items in the order will be reserved during this period.

4.7 Delivery Delays

If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team so we can investigate the issue with the courier.


5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. This will allow you to monitor your shipment with real-time updates from the courier.


6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and contacting our customer support immediately. If damage is discovered after delivery, please reach out to us for further instructions.


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of sales tax (where applicable).

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, import duties and taxes (if applicable) will be handled in advance. Customers will not be required to pay additional fees upon arrival.


8.Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy for further guidance.


9. Insurance

9.1 Parcels Damaged in Transit

Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier confirms the claim of damage.

9.2 Parcels Lost in Transit

Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
